Clutch refilling made painless

Refilling your axle clutch with clutch oil can often be difficult or messy, or both. I've seen
lots of contraptions invented for this purpose, but try this stunningly simple solution: The plastic bottle to the left was found in a beauty supply store. Its angled spout is perfect for getting into the fill hole on a SMC axle clutch. Simply nip off a little of the spout's tip to improve oil flow. Fill bottle with 8 or so ounces of clutch oil. Jam tip into fill hole of the clutch; by rotating the clutch a little, you'll find the "sweet spot" where little to no oil will leak out as you squeeze the bottle. This bottle came from a chain of stores named "Sally Beauty Supplies" and cost $2.49.
